(KCEN) -- Four students were sent to the hospital in Philadelphia, Penn. when their bus crashed into a home.

The school bus crashed into a brick home around 4 yesterday afternoon.

An eyewitness reportedly opened the emergency exit and helped kids off the bus when he noticed the engine was smoking.

The children ranged from nine to 13 years old and are all listed in stable condition.

There is no word yet on what caused the crash or whether the driver will face charges.
