Troy Issues Boil Water Notice - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- The city of Troy has issued a boil water notice for a couple of area near the city.

Residents who live from I-35 north of the Troy Sewer Plant to the Tajano Bar, 17123 North I-35 and down East Big Elm Road should boil their water before consumption.

Bottled water can be used instead of boiling water.

A water line has been broken and must be repaired. Water will be shut off at 9 a.m. tomorrow and repairs should take three to four hours.

Residents will be notified when the water is safe to consume without boiling.
