(KCEN) -- The new judge appointed for the Maj. Nidal Hasan trial has scheduled a pre-trial hearing for next week.

Col. Tara Osborn is now the judge for the accused Fort Hood shooter court-martial after Col. Gregory Gross was removed from the case.

The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on December 18 to discuss the upcoming trial schedule.

Hasan is accused of killing 13 people and wounding 32 others in a shooting massacre on Fort Hood in November of 2009.
