(KCEN) -- Anti-virus software founder John McAfee is back in the United States.
He's staying in an upscale hotel in Miami's South Beach.
He spoke to the media after being deported from Guatemala.
McAfee said he is innocent of all charges that have been brought against him.
He said, "Nothing happened between me and Mr. Faull. This is trumpted up charges. Nothing happened on all ten other charges. This is the eleventh. Please, I'll be happy to go to court."
Police in Belize want to question McAfee about the killing of American Expatriate Gregory Viant Faull back in November.
U.S. authorities said there was no active arrest warrant for McAfee that would justify taking him into custody.
