(KCEN) -- Killeen police are searching for a suspected robber who got away with money from a Family Dollar this morning.
Investigators say the suspect went into the Family Dollar store located in the 4600 block of East Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Killeen around 8:30 this morning.
He is described as a black male wearing a black hoodie and dark colored pants.
The suspect demanded money and after he received the money, he locked the cashier in the bathroom and ran away.
Police are neither confirming nor denying any possible connection to the freezer bandit.
The freezer bandit is believed to be responsible for several early morning robberies in Bell County where the locks the employees in refrigerators.
