(KCEN) -- There is new information today on a shooting at a movie theater and Chinese restaurant in San Antonio this weekend.
Before the gunman could get into the theater, he was shot four times by an off-duty sheriff's deputy working security in the area.
Nineteen-year-old Jesus Manuel Garcia was having relationship problems with his girlfriend, who worked at the restaurant where the shooting began.
Garcia then continued shooting, walking across a parking lot to a movie theater.
One bystander was shot but is in stable condition.
Garcia is still in the hospital being charged with aggravated assault.
