(KCEN) -- Accused Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan is headed back to court tomorrow and will face a new judge.
Col. Tara Osborn is now overseeing Hasan's trial pretrial hearing on post.
Judge Gregory Gross was removed from the case earlier this month because of an appearance of bias.
That ruling also nullified his order to have Hasan forcibly shaved.
There's no word on whether the new presiding judge will allow Hasan to wear a beard into court.
Hasan claims he has the beard for religious reasons.
