Amber Alert Issued for 11-Month-Old Out of San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO (WOAI) -- A local Amber Alert has been issued for a baby who police say was taken by his own father.

Police say Jonathan Guillen took off with his son, 11-month-old Jonathan Jose Guillen Jr., after Guillen killed his mother's estranged boyfriend last Thursday. The two were last seen in the 2300 block of Austin Highway.

Guillen is a 23-year-old Hispanic male who is about 5' 08" tall, weighs about 185 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt and black or red shorts.

Jonathan Jose Guillen Jr. has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red-hooded sweatshirt.

Police said they are searching for a 2002 black Chevy Trail Blazer. The SUV has Texas license plates with the number 7CZTJ and a bottom plate with the word "disabled" on it.

Callers can remain anonymous and are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information given leads to an arrest or grand jury indictment of a felony offender.
