McLennan County Murder Trial to be Moved Out of Waco

Posted: Updated:

(KCEN) -- The trial for a McLennan County murder suspect will be moved out of Waco.

Attorneys for 25-year-old Albert Love were granted a change of venue yesterday, moving his trial to Williamson County.

Love is accused in the March 2011 shooting deaths of Tyus Sneed and Keenan Hubert at the Lakewood Villas Apartment complex.

Twenty-three-year-old Ricky Cummings received the death sentence for the same charges last month.

Nineteenth District Judge Ralph Strother will still oversee the case.

The jury will be made up of people living in Williamson County.
