And yesterday he pleaded not guilty to assault.
On August 23rd there was a family dispute in the parking lot of a Baptist church in Plano.
A woman and her estranged husband were arguing.
Police say Travis intervened.
He was later cited for simple assault.
According to Travis's Attorney Larry Friedman, "This is a Good Samaritan case. This is a case where Randy stepped in when Mary Beougher and her minor daughter was assaulted by two grown men."
Travis's legal problems don't end here.
On August 8th he was arrested for DWI and threatening officers.
He was found naked in the road in Greyson County.
And in February he was arrested for public intoxication.
