(KCEN) -- A 100-million dollar lawsuit against the state of Connecticut following the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary has been dropped.
Attorney Irving Pinsky dropped the claim because he says he's evaluating new evidence.
He filed the claim last week on behalf of a six-year-old girl who survived the shooting.
She heard screaming and shooting over the school intercom and the claim says she's suffered physical and psychological trauma.
Pinsky did not rule out the possibility of filing another lawsuit in the future.
