(KCEN) -- Two toddlers were found wandering alone in below-freezing temperatures this morning in St Louis, Missouri.
Now police are trying to figure out exactly how it all happened.
The pair was found just after 5 a.m.
A newspaper delivery driver saw a three-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl outside this home.
The children were wearing winter jackets, but the youngest was not wearing shoes and it was 13 degrees outside.
The driver called police and stayed with the children until the cops arrived.
The children's parents were not at the house, but three men were found sleeping inside the home along with five other children.
