(KCEN) -- As kids in Central Texas get
ready to head back to school, you can't help but think how hard that same thing
will be for the kids of Sandy Hook Elementary.
Sandy Hook's 400 plus students
have not been back to class since the shooting tragedy on December 14th,
that left 20 children and six adults dead.
That's why people across the
nation have decided to participate in a project to make their first week back a
little easier.
The Hewitt Library is joining
several organizations in making paper snowflakes to decorate Sandy Hook's new
building.
The library encourages anyone to
drop by and cut out a snowflake.
The snowflakes will be shipped to
Sandy Hook's PTSA Friday afternoon.
