Charles Edward Johnson III, black male DOB10-30-95, was arrested on 1-5-13 for Sexual Assault.
Officers responded to a South Waco residence where they contacted a female victim who is an acquaintance of Johnson's. The female reported that she had been visiting with Charles Johnson at his residence in the 2400 block of South 12th street about 11:00 P.M on 1-4-13. The victim was sitting in a vehicle with Johnson in front of his residence when Johnson sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to leave and contacted police to report the assault.
Officers returned to the suspect's home where Charles Johnson III was taken into custody shortly after 1:30 A.M.
Crime Scene Technicians and Victim Services assisted with the case.
KCEN HD has confirmed that Johnson the III plays football for University High School.
