(KCEN) -- Intense video emerged out of Houston, where an acid bomb was thrown at a woman's front door.
In the surveillance video a young man is seen running up to the home, shaking what fire officials say is an acid bomb.
As the attacker runs out of the picture another person is seen with a second acid bomb, also tossing it at the front door.
Both bombs go off, sending smoke and fumes billowing into the air.
The homeowner, Becky Bentley, said it sounded like a gunshot.
She said, "It blows up right in their face and hydrochloric acid goes on their face and in their eyes, so it's a really dangerous thing to be doing."
Explosives which are often made from household ingredients contain dangerous chemicals and can kill.
