(KCEN) -- The man suspected of shooting three people in the parking lot of Star Mart in Killeen has been caught and arrested.
Terry Grant Scott, 17, was arrested and charged with murder.
Officers received information about where Scott was and were able to take him into custody in the area of Metropolitan and Trimmier. He was then transported to the Killeen City Jail.
Scott reportedly shot three men outside of the store, located at 1704 Old FM 440 around 5:30 p.m. on January 2.
One of the people shot succumbed to his injuries and died. That victim was Austin James Sampson, 25. Sampson was a soldier stationed at Fort Hood.
The case is still under investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available.
