(KCEN) -- It's an all too familiar scene for those who live and work along Nolan Creek.
It's raging waters have been the culprit of the most devastating flooding events in this area.
So rescuers are getting ready all over Bell County, should the waters begin to rise.
Bridge crews have barricades in place, ready to go up in some of those trouble spots.
And Morgan's Point Fire Department has three boats and 12 rescuers ready to jump in them if needed.
Both emergency crews and those who have been through the worst storms are erring on the side of caution.
