(KCEN) -- Is "Big Brother" watching our kids a good idea?
A San Antonio High School student lost her court battle over wearing a GPS school ID that tracks her location.
Andrea Hernandez refused to wear the badge last year, saying it was against her religion.
She actually called it the mark of the beast, citing bible scripture.
The school district offered her another badge without the tracking chip, but she said no to that too.
When the district attempted to transfer her, she took them to court.
But a judge ruled in favor of the school district, saying she could be transferred and that her religious beliefs were not being violated.
