(KCEN) -- A man accused of vandalizing a timeless work of art has turned himself in to police.
Twenty-two-year-old Uriel Landeros allegedly defaced a 1929 Picasso painting at a Houston museum on June 13.
Yesterday he turned himself in shortly after returning to the U.S. from Mexico.
Landeros was caught on cellphone video by another person inside the museum when the vandalism took place.
While many art lovers believe what Landeros did was a disgrace, he seemed unfazed and said what he did wasn't vandalism, but a call for justice.
