Randy Travis Charged With Drunk Driving Incident From August

(KCEN) -- Country singer Randy Travis is now being charged for his crime, several months after his arrest for driving under the influence.

Travis was arrested back in August after an accident in Grayson County, just north of Dallas.

Police say he had a blood alcohol content of more than .15, well over the legal limit.

Travis could face up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine if convicted.
