(KCEN) -- Planned Parenthood in Texas is taking its fight for funding to a U.S. district court.
The non-profit says it's operating without any state or federal dollars.
That's because the money went away when a new law went into effect.
The new women's health program mandates Texas fully fund clinics devoted to women's health unless they are affiliated with abortion services.
Planned Parenthood hopes the court will grant a temporary injunction to get their funding back.
