(KCEN) -- On the millions of dollars worth of penalties Hobby Lobby is facing for not complying with a piece of the new health care laws.

Tonight, it seems they may have found a loophole.

In their new health insurance plan the Christian based store did not want to offer contraceptives and sterilization procedures to female employees.    

The penalty was set to take effect the day the store rolled out their new health care plan for the year.

Now, they will shift the plan year and postpone the potential fines for several months.

A store spokesperson has said it will not pay for what it calls abortion inducing drugs.
