(KCEN) -- New information was released today in the two year Lakewood Villas shooting investigation.
Charges have been dropped against one of the men suspected of gunning down Tyus Sneed and Keenan Hubert in March of 2011.
Kennedy Hardaway is no longer charged with capital murder.
The McLennan County District Attorney's office says the charge is dismissed because of insufficient evidence.
Meantime, the trials for Albert Love and D'Arvis Cummings are expected to take place within the next year.
They're both charged with capital murder in connection to the same shooting.
Ricky Cummings received the death sentence in November of last year. He was found guilty in that shooting, which also left two other men injured.
