(KCEN) -- It's going to get a little cheaper to think outside the bun.

Taco Bell is now testing a one dollar menu, putting it in direct competition with the dollar menu at McDonalds.

The One Dollar Cravings Menu has nine items, including three new ones.

It's testing in two markets right now, Fresno, Cali. and Knoxville, Tenn.

And if it's a success, it'll replace Taco Bell's value menu called Why Pay More.
