(KCEN) -- The city of Austin will continue to host gun shows.
This, after Travis County Commissioners questioned whether they should scrap a contract to have gun shows at the Travis County Expo Center.
On Tuesday night they unanimously voted in favor of keeping that contract.
Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott threatened legal action if the commissioners went through with canceling the deal.
That's because state and federal laws handcuff just how much action city and counties can take when it comes to gun sale regulations.
