(KCEN) -- It's another medal gone for Lance Armstrong.

The International Olympic Committee sent a letter to Armstrong Wednesday night asking him to return his bronze medal because of doping.

The move was confirmed on the same day that Armstrong finally admitted using performance enhancing drugs in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

That interview is scheduled to air on the OWN network tonight at 8 p.m. central time.
