(KCEN) -- The death toll is expected to rise from this week's hostage standoff in Algeria involving Islamist militants linked to al Qaeda.
Reports say that Algerian soldiers searching the natural gas plant in the Sahara today have found many more bodies, but it's unclear if they're terrorists or hostages.
Inside the plant soldiers found an arsenal of weapons left by the militants.
Hostages tell of extreme brutality of having explosives strapped to their chests.
The Algerian government said all 32 militants and 23 hostages had been killed by the end of the 4-day standoff
