(KCEN) -- Even more anti-abortion laws could be in the books by the end of this year's state legislative session.
Governor Rick Perry says he wants to, "Make abortion at any stage a thing of the past."
This, as anti-abortion activists pledge to make obtaining abortions nearly impossible to obtain in Texas.
Last session Perry signed two abortion measures into law.
One of them requires doctors to conduct trans-vaginal sonograms before an abortion.
The other bans abortion providers from receiving state health funds.
