(KCEN) -- A 12-year-old girl is dead after a highway pile up involving more than 80 cars in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was reportedly standing outside her vehicle when she was hit by another car.

At least 20 people were taken to area hospitals.

The 85-vehicle crash closed some parts of the interstate.

Weather is being considered as a factor in the pile up.
