(KCEN) -- One Utah woman experienced quite the wake up call.
The incident left her with a broken jaw, cracked sternum and a large gash.
Wanda Denhalter was asleep when a boulder from a ridge behind her house rolled down the hill and crashed into her bedroom, crushing her in her sleep.
She managed to find her phone and call 9-1-1.
Her husband Scott was at their son's home nearby when police found him.
Scott says when they first bought their home beneath the ridge in St. George, he liked the shade it provided in the summer, but warned her something like this might it happen.
Scott said, "It's just going to be she needs to listen to the prophetic musings of her husband."
However he says he is thankful his wife will be OK.
