(KCEN) -- Six weeks after Josh Brent's drunk driving arrest that left one teammate dead, another Dallas Cowboys football player is now in trouble with the law.

Grapevine police say Jay Ratliff collided with a semi and later refused a sobriety test at the scene.

He was arrested and taken to a hospital where police obtained a search warrant to have his blood drawn.

The results are still pending.

Ratliff's bond was set at $500 dollars. He posted it Tuesday morning.

No one was injured and the Cowboys have not commented on Ratliff's arrest.
