(KCEN) -- Dramatic video from Russia shows not just one, but two near misses for a baby girl thrown from a car following an accident on a busy highway.

The video shows a car smashing into a truck and then you see a baby girl wrapped in a blanket thrown out of the car right in front of oncoming traffic.

One semi truck narrowly drives around her, then her father rushes out of the car to snatch her just before another truck nearly hits her.

Police said that the one-year-old baby girl was not in a car seat and was laying across the car's back seat.
