(KCEN) --  A freak accident kills a seven-year-old boy near San Antonio Friday.

Police say the boy died after being buried in the sand by his younger brother at a local horse farm.

The boy was flown to a local hospital but he did not survive.

Police say the children's parents operate the horse ranch and were on site at the time of the accident.
