Accident on Bridge Causes Major Traffic in Waco - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) --  An accident on twin bridges in Waco backs up traffic for miles.

Lanes headed towards Waco were shut while crews cleared the scene.

Police say around 7:00 P.M. an SUV broke down on the bridge.

A man in that vehicle was trying to push it to safety when another SUV was not able to stop in time.

That SUV hit the stalled vehicle and a trailer it was towing.

Both SUV's and the trailer were severely damaged but thankfully, no one was injured.
