(KCEN) -- There is new information on that state trooper who conducted an unlawful roadside cavity search on a woman in Irving.
That female trooper will be terminated for what the DPS calls an, "unconstitutional search without probable cause."
The two women who were intimately probed in full view of passing drivers are suing officers and the director of the DPS.
