(KCEN) -- The Fort Hood Officers' Spouses' Club is preparing for their 27th Annual Wild West Night. It's a night filled with dancing, live entertainment, auctions, casino-style games and several prizes.
And the money raised from the event goes to support Fort Hood and other local organizations. But in order to make the event happen, the Club relies on donations and sponsorships from businesses and people.
Tomorrow is the last day for donations toward the event. Donations most needed are items to be given away as prizes or to be bought in the auction.
Some of the donations in the past have been event tickets, fine art prints, gift certificates, trips and electronics.
Soldiers, military families, the USO, Food Care Center Killeen and Families in Crisis are a few of the organizations and people that benefit from the proceeds of the event each year.
If you would like to donate, contact Lisa West at 520-255-3744 or at FHOSC.WWN.CHAIR@gmail.com.
