(KCEN) -- Scott & White emergency medical services officially has a new home.
The EMS team moved from their old location on the Scott & White campus to the old Temple Fire House on North 3rd Street.
Over the past four years, both calls and transports have gone up 20 percent.
That's about 4,000 more calls and transports.
The newly renovated facility is larger, has a new dispatch center and living quarters for crews that need to stay during extra long shifts.
EMS Director Charles Pearson says it's part of a bigger expansion plan for Scott & White.
