(KCEN) -- A couple in Staten Island had a bad feeling about their nanny, so they decided to hide a camera in their home.
What they saw, may shock you.
The video shows the woman slapping a 5-month-old baby in the face several times when she refuses to eat.
She hits the baby again, on the leg while another child watches.
Sources say the kid's mother saw this happen remotely, rushed home and fired the nanny on the spot.
The nanny is now charged with endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest after reports show she refused handcuffs.
She's now in jail unable to make bond.
Other parents say they realize it could have happened to their own children.
That nanny's name is now listed on a nanny blacklist website.
She is due back in court Friday.
