(KCEN) -- A Texas father is charged with killing a drunk driver who police say hit and killed his two sons.

David Barajas is in jail and charged with murder.

He allegedly shot and killed a drunk driver who crashed into his stalled pickup truck near Alvin in December.

The boys were pushing the truck with their dad when the driver rear-ended the vehicle.

One of them died at the scene.

The other died at the hospital.
