One Person Injured in Morning Accident in Waco - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- One person was injured an a two-car accident on I-35 in Waco this morning.

The accident happened around 7:45 on the highway near 5th Street.

For an unknown reason, a black car was parked on the shoulder of I-35. That's when a white truck veered a little bit and hit the parked car.

The driver of the truck was OK. The driver of the black car was taken to Hillcrest Hospital with minor injuries.

I-35 was shut down for a short amount of time for clean up but is now open.
