(KCEN) -- A Texas teen is suing her parents to save her unborn baby.
She claims her parents are trying to force her to have an abortion against her will.
The 16-year-old is two months pregnant and the eight-page lawsuit details alleged verbal abuse by the teen's parents.
A judge has granted a temporary restraining order against the parents to protect the teen and her unborn baby until the issue is settled in court.
The teen's attorney said, "We were asking judge to stop them from physically forcing her to have an abortion. She is legally protected, so they cannot drag her to an abortion clinic and force an abortion on our client."
In the lawsuit, the teen claims her mom, "Invited the paternal grandparents to a bar for further discussion, where she suggested that she might slip her an abortion pill."
The teen also claims her father told her he was going to force her to have an abortion and that the decision was his.
