That's according to the latest survey by J.D. Power and Associates.

For the second year in a row, Toyota's luxury division has taken the top spot.

The survey found domestic automakers are more reliable than ever and are improving faster than those in Asia and Europe.

The survey asked owners of 2010 model year cars about any issues they've had over the past year.
