The five-day ordeal that left passengers stranded at sea on a disabled Carnival cruise ship is now over.
The last of the 3,100 passengers filed off the ship early Friday morning after it docked in Mobile, Alabama.
On Sunday a fire in the engine room caused the power on the ship to go out, leaving passengers without air conditioning for a week.
A caravan of buses will take the passengers back to Texas or to hotels in the area.
