(KCEN) -- Guilty of stealing $750,000 in campaign funds.

Today former U.S. Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. and a co-conspirator accepted a plea deal.

They admitted to using that campaign money for personal use.

The Illinois Democrat served in the House beginning in 1995.

Citing medical problems, he retired last November after winning a 10th term in office.
