(KCEN) -- Autopsy results show former Los Angeles cop Christopher Dorner died from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Dorner barricaded himself in a condominium just 100-yards from a command post in which he apparently shot himself.

Investigators say Dorner killed four people and wounded three others in a rampage across Southern California.

The renegade ex-cop triggered a massive manhunt that ended in a shootout, standoff and fire at a cabin in the mountains east of Los Angeles Tuesday.
