'Weed Candy' Appearing in Schools in Oregon

Posted: Updated:

(KCEN) -- Parents listen up. There a new kind of sweet you don't want your kids eating.

Police in Gresham, Ore. say something called "weed candy" is now showing up at area schools.

The small hard candy, which comes in the shape of a skull, is infused with marijuana so it's odorless and hard to detect.

The candy cost anywhere from one to five dollars per piece.
