South Korea's outgoing president used his farewell address to remind North Korea that its nuclear tests only serve to isolate the country further.
In his final address to South Korea as president, Lee Myung-Bak said the isolation and sanctions the north is bringing on itself with its nuclear and missile tests lead it towards a dead-end.
North Korea conducted a nuclear test on February 12th, drawing international condemnation.
The U.S, United Nations and European Union are discussing imposing more sanctions on North Korea after its latest nuclear test.
