Federal Agents Conduct Raid at Scooter Store in New Braunfels - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- Federal and state agents conducted a raid at the Scooter Store corporate headquarters in New Braunfels on Wednesday morning.

The office of the Inspector General, the Department of Public Safety, Texas Medicare Fraud workers, and the FBI were all executing a search warrant on site.

Employees at the scene said they were asked to leave.

One stated, the FBI emptied building, which is where the IT and billing servers are located.

The Scooter Store recently announced it was cutting approximately 150 positions.
