Sketch Released of Man Who Tried to Kidnap Child at Fort Hood - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- A sketch has been released of a man who tried to kidnap a young child on Fort Hood.

Police say the man tried to take a child from the Kouma Village living area on post.

It happened on February 15.

The suspect is a black man between 40 and 50 years old.

He's around 5'10 with a tattoo on the right side of his head.

The suspect was driving a newer model black four door sedan, possibly a Mercedes Benz.

A $1,000 reward is being offered.
