Wreck on I-35 South of Abbott Backs Up Traffic - kcentv.com - KCEN HD - Waco, Temple, and Killeen

(KCEN) -- TxDOT is reporting an accident involving a semi truck on I-35 just south of Abbott.

The wreck happened on the northbound side of the highway. Additional accidents were probably a result of that semi crash.

At one point, traffic was baked up for about 12 miles to FM 308 north of Waco, but it is beginning to clear now.

There are still some slow spots and traffic is not back to normal speeds, but it is moving through the area.

It is not clear if there are any injuries reported.
